🎤 Speaker: Natalia Tinew - a certified mindfulness teacher and recommended MBSR teacher by the Polish Institute of Mindfulness. She has been supporting young people and adults in managing stress for many years, combining evidence-based approaches with mindfulness practice and professional experience gained, among others, at McKinsey & Company.
